The new website provides visitors with an overview of the hotels belonging to the resort, the luxurious spa area, and the seven restaurants, four of which are listed in the GaultMillau Guide. An exquisite world above Lake Lucerne that is second to none. In addition to interior and exterior impressions, visitors to the website can also book attractive experience packages and find inspiration for their next stay.

Complexity Meets Minimalism

It’s not just the resort’s range of services that impresses: its architecture is also imposing. The new website entices digital users and makes the Bürgenstock Resort come alive. The interaction design has been reduced to the essentials; instead, the large-format imagery serves to inspire visitors. At the same time, well-thought-out storytelling and a clear navigation structure immerse users in the world of Bürgenstock.

Short User Journeys

Navigation paths are kept as short as possible. Visitors wishing to book a room or rent an event space can click on the ‘Book’ button to reach a hub with an overview of all offers. The digital view should inspire visitors just as much as the view from their hotel room. To achieve this, the website combines a radically minimalist design with a full range of potential interests, in line with the motto "Eat-Sleep-Do."
